In case anyone looks at these, I haven't finished yet - but sufficient progress has been made to warrant sticking this much up. Still to come are the videos - not greatly exciting (except the tiger) and the stuff from the Wildlife and Tiger Safari part of the trip - got slightly sidelined my some more photos I took around where I live - see the Horton pages.
So this is my first (and perhaps only) attempt at organising the photos from my India 2002 trip. This is another trip from Explore - again highly recommended company.
All these pictures were taken with my Casio QV4000 digital camera. This is a recent acquistion so it's taken a little getting used to. So far it seems pretty good for general photography, but a little tricky to use for wildlife pictures. My has a 1GB IBM Microdrive which means it'll hold a huge number of photos and has plenty of room for the little movies which this camera also takes. Catch being the camera eats batteries - it will run on AA cells, but they need to be the high power specialist ones. Best are the 1800ma rechargeables - next time I take the charger!
Anyway, enough of that, here's the pictures, organised in the order of the trip. Actually, this trip for me was a combination of two trips "Moghul Hightlights" and "Wildlife and Tiger Safari". Sorry only some of the pictures have captions at the moment.
For the TIGER see the Bandhavgarh Page!
